Who Can Participate

  • Students; mixed-skill teams encouraged (technical + creative + communications)

  • Teams of 4 members required

  • Binational participation welcomed (El Paso • Cd. Juárez • Las Cruces)

  • Beginners are 100% welcome—each track supports a non-technical path

 

Rules & Policies

  • Original Work: Your core contribution must be created during the event window. Open-source libraries/templates are welcome—credit them.

  • AI Use: AI tools are allowed for ideation and assets.

  • Privacy: Do not upload or process real sensitive data (use synthetic/public data).

  • Code of Conduct: Be respectful, inclusive, and professional. No harassment or harmful content.
